BullySticks.com and Knine Kountry Distributing is a small,
family owned business located in Middle Tennessee. We believe in doing
things the old-fashioned way. As former breeders and current pet owners,
we have used all of the items in our catalog.
Do you remember the days
when “The customer was always right”? When you
called a company and got an actual human being. Well, somehow in the
technological revolution of the late 20th
century that philosophy was
replaced with “The almighty dollar is always right.” Here at BullySticks.com,
we believe that it is not too late to get back to the days when businesses
listened to their customers. We understand that people don’t like to get the
run-around on the phone. When you call BullySticks.com, you don’t have to
press any buttons on your phone, a real live person will answer during normal
business hours. We will make every effort to ensure that what you expect is
exactly what you get.
The majority of our orders
are placed through our website. This gives our
customers the convenience of ordering 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We
know that there are times when you’d rather talk to someone before placing
an order. Whether you have specific questions, need recommendations, or
just want to talk about your dog we encourage you to give us a call.
We have a convenient, easy
to use AutoShip program. You simply tell us what
you want and how often you want
it and we take care of everything
from there. There are no minimums and no
maximums to the AutoShip and any
frequency of 60 days or less comes with a 10%
discount.
